Real Money - Basic Issues

Real Money is based on a few simple principles.

There are only 2 assets on this planet, Our Earth:

1. Raw materials
2. Labor

Labor is the value added to raw materials to turn them into commodities.

The term "commodities" covers all representations of labor, from planting seeds to producing a computer or spaceship.

Why?

Simply because labor is the only source of true value.

Raw material comes from Our Earth. No one has title to raw material in any sense of true Title because there never was and never could be a title showing true ownership to any human.

At the very best, humans have equity contract title agreed between secondary parties for agreed use of Our Earth materials.

Use is a trust resulting from acts of the parties in use. [Look up “use” in the law dictionaries for a full context along with “resulting trust.”]

Real Money & Its Relationship To Servitude

All money systems are money asset systems.

Labor and raw materials combine to make capital.

For capital to be allowed to assume a superior position over the Source of its true value is servitude of the basest nature.

Real Money & Bank Fraud

Servitude is limited to two varieties: 1) voluntary and 2) involuntary.

With these principles and facts in mind, we can ask a few questions that lead us to solutions:

1. If labor is taken and used by capital controllers without full disclosure that such "use" backs private money issuing systems, and there is no recourse to track this use of labor, is that involuntary servitude?

2. Under what law, theory of law or contract may labor, a private property, be taken and used without full transfer of title and ownership of said labor being of record and provable in open public forum?

3. With no mechanism to claim title to one’s self, one’s labor, and transfer rights thereto, is that a position of slavery?

4. If one is forced, coerced or misled into a contract wherein all relevant material facts are not disclosed, is that inducement to slavery by deceptive practices resulting in slavery of a most base sort?

These questions go to the core of the “money issue” as opposed to dealing with the confusion around money and money systems.

Let us all agree to seek the core issues so that full understanding based on governing principles may guide us to our shared goal of an honest Transparent Money System.
